Dear Colleagues and Clients,

We inform you about consummation of alterations in the Law of Azerbaijan Republic "About State duties"

Since 2008 the common duties for national and foreign applicants will be acting. All duties are in AZN (Azerbaijan manat).

Particularly:

- for application and examination of the application for foreign applicant before minimum duty was 130 USD, but now this duty became 60 AZN.

- for registration and issuing the Certificate of trademark before duty was 150 USD, but now this duty is 45 AZN.

According to International Bank of Azerbaijan to 10.01.2008 the rate of USD was 0.8453 AZN/USD.

So, to 10.01.2008 the duty for application and examination of trademark became 70.98 USD instead 130 USD, and for registration and issuing the Certificate of trademark - 53.24 USD instead 150 USD.
